You are affected by those energies that exist in the Spirit World and those energies of a negative nature affect you in a negative way!
When thoughts and feelings are positive and those energies go out into the spiritual realm, that's great. You want to be surrounded by those types of energies. However, if the thoughts are not happy ones then you definitely do not want them to influence your life in any way. Living with negative thoughts or energies around you:
- will make decision making more difficult
- will affect the way you feel about your relationships
- will magnify your problems
- will increase your fears
- will intensify your anxieties
- will cause you to feel more easily irritated or frustrated
- will affect every other person that comes into that space
- will affect pets (it can cause them to do things that they would not normally do...yes, we know of cats that would scratch at the carpet and once the cleansing was done they stopped)

We were out for most of the day and when we came home late at night our house had a strange, musty, smoky smell. Life is challenging enough - you don't need to be fighting the effects of other people's energies which can make you more depressed, more stressed, more fearful, more anxious...
Most people need to cleanse and protect their living space or work office as that is where a lot of negative thought energy is released.
When people are angry, depressed, unhappy, frustrated, or stressed (any negative attitude) then that energy goes into the spiritual atmosphere. Over time, it can build up creating a darker, heavy feeling.
Some people are affected physically (headaches, aches). Most people are affected emotionally as their negative thoughts intensify as the influence of the build-up exerts itself.

Did you know you can bring negative energy home with you?
If you live in a bad neighborhood or work in a place where there is a lot of negative energy, you can end up bringing that energy home with you. It can attach to you (especially if you are one of those people that loves to help others). People who work in hospitals, schools, prisons, anywhere there are intense emotions are especially prone to this.
Even if you are a positive person, these outside influences can affect you. If the people in the home next door fight and argue all the time, the energies from their home can make their way over to your home. If you have a strong cleansing & protection then you don't have to worry because those energies won't be able to get into your home but if there isn't any protection, you could then start wallowing in your neighbour's energies as well.

I want to take this opportunity to let you know that you and your site have been very helpful to me. Ever since I found Oralin in September and subsequently joined the OCC, many positive changes happened in my life. One that most amazed me is that I finally found the cause of my health problem which I had been suffering from for .. maybe more than ten years! It occurred exactly the way you described in one of your readings (that I will 'hit' it during my own research). I received the reading on 13 Nov and on 22 Nov I found the cure on the Internet while I was browsing desperately looking for clues!
Ever since I became an OCC member and received aura cleansing, I also feel more confident and the strange thing is .. when I look at the mirror I find myself getting prettier each day!
And when I received your email below, suddenly I realized why my house looks brighter and more peaceful. I now begin to feel the urge to decorate my house (something I have not had for years due to domestic problems). Another strange things is that my house seems to attract more visitors. My teenage daughter seems to have more visitors and attract new friends. And the visitors are not only human, as now I can hear toads, frogs, and other animals in my backyard and around the sides of the house during the night. I love animals, so these things do not bother me, but I am really amused at how it came to be.
Your site and the OCC also helps me understand about life in general. I will continue to meditate again (I stopped recently to concentrate on my health) and I am excited to find out what lies ahead on my path. Dear Wendy, Once again ...what can I say ...? The difference is unbelievable! I started on the 1st, I had a horrendous day as far as emotions and energy are concerned, I was in complete anxiety! When I got to the office the next morning (on the 2nd), the energy was totally different. I could feel the lightness, peace and calm. It was such a big relief, you can't imagine. I could control my thoughts much better. I have known all along that I have been under psychic attack, from someone which I have not even met but who wants me out of that job so that I am not in contact with Soulmate. So, those swirls of energy make all the sense, I think I am really being "bumped" from all sides to get out of there. Wendy Kay has just completed a house cleansing/protection on our home and home offices. This is the first time that I have had this service and I could feel the difference. How the Cleansing & Protection is done...
Method Used: The method used is prayer, invoking the help of your Spirit Guide(s), Spirit Teacher(s), Spirit Protector(s), and Angels (that specialize in cleansing & protection).

How It Works: There is one hour of cleansing & protection done daily (Monday through Friday) on your work or living space.
