I have to say that I am soooooo glad that the 2011 is over. It is one of those years I want to close the door on and never see again. Granted, most of my years have been like that but closing the door on this one felt a bit different from past years. Perhaps it’s because on another level I know 2012 is going to bring changes and I want them to happen. I can’t see it being that 2011 was a crummy year because I’ve actually gone through years that were way worse in terms of what I went through and events that happened. I’ll stick to 2012 will bring some great changes and I want to see them manifest.
The only problem is that many people are saying that 2012 is the year that the world will end…that predictions from Nostradamus and the end of the Mayan calendar signify the world will end. This will surely breed a great deal of fear energy which is something we could do without.
Personally, I believe what was predicted what the energy settling and the world will end as we know it because the new energy will create a new world. That’s a good thing. I don’t know what that will bring with it in terms of worldwide events but I’m hanging onto “it’s a good thing” and not something to fear. I also believe that is why it is so important for you to make that personal connection with those in Spirit (if you haven’t yet) so that you can communicate with your Spirit Guides directly.
I know my mission seems to be to show others how to connect with those in Spirit and it fits in with everything I have been told by my Guides. I guess time will tell!

Such a wonderfully deep issue for contemplation and meditation! What is the world, and what is time and what is space, if anything at all. What are we? (Be nice. ;o) )
Okay, firstly, however, I really do have to write something about Nostradamus. He is that guy sold pink little pills during the plague as a prophylactic and published a quarterly. His first wife and his son died of the plague despite the pink pill, and the predictions he has provided seem rather loose in scope, which give his proponents lots of room for “backsliding”. Hmmm. Not sure that he is a good source.
Now, the Mayan calendar which was done in an unbiased not-for-profit kind of creative way, and which seems to intrinsically have some kind of depth to it is more worth looking at . . . I think. It deals with time, and we have used it for the purpose of marking existence of life and events. Did the writers of the calendar have some insight that not only told them that, as the past cannot be changed, so the future cannot be changed? I kind of think and feel that they did for some very deep reason.
Here today, the answer is perhaps unanswerable, it is very much worth contemplating because in our hearts we can at least think or come to understand what does exist, both within ourselves and outside ourselves, and where we can direct the world as best is our ability. Whatever is beyond our control is beyond our control, of course, but what I find intriguing about this issue is that it reminds me that, with all the problems in the world, perhaps we, within it, will inevitably have to come to the conclusion that it has to be re-made with love (which does exist regardless of whether time or space does), compassion, forgiveness, sharing, tolerance, honesty, peace and fairness. So, the wonderful issue posed as a discussion point kind of makes me want to toast to a newer re-made world like that and the hope that most people in the world will come to the realization that such a rebirth is necessary.
I believe we will have great change in 2012……and i believe all of us need to sort out the people that are good for us,and discard the ‘dead wood’ that so often pulls us down,but i dont believe for 1 minute that the World will end in 2012.
The Lord says that the end will come like a theif in the night. No one knows the day or hour except God. If anything happens, I believe it will be a change for the good of man.

The End of the World has happened many times…all we have to do is review history and see the end of peoples, animals, lands, oceans, food, et al. My feeling is the end of things as we know them now. Much aggressive energy over the past thousand years is now the Divine Feminine Energy.
Each generation has predicted an end times and we are still here. The end times is to create even more fear in peoples to convert to the group promoting the end times fear.
I choose to know that the times are gentle, loving, beautiful and most of all a gift. There is much that is being givin to use right now just LISTEN and the messages of Love, Light, Peace and Harmony will resonsate and you will be calmed.

Hi Wendy I totally agree with you, for me there is no end of the world, I think it the same as energy, energy transforms and can never end! I think the fear part, God has already taken care of, as you & I think many others are furfilling there purpose in helping others coping with this new energy and the changes that is going to come with it! I do believe that humanity will progress on many levels one of them I think will be “following thy heart” wouldn’t that be awesome!
